The Milford Chase Curb Appeal Program – CAP is intended to inspire residents of the Milford Chase community to take pride in the appearance and upkeep of their yards and the exterior of their properties.

Come join us for our neighborhood's first Trunk or Treat event. We'll be in the amenities parking lot of the pool and tennis courts on Sunday October 30th from 4pm-6pm.
